HCML appoints Pauline Cunningham as Head of HR

HCML, one of the UK’s most comprehensive providers of rehabilitation treatment and care management solutions, has appointed experienced HR practitioner Pauline Cunningham as Head of HR.

In her new role, Pauline will be responsible for delivering a people plan which enables HCML to meet the strategic goals of the business and drive profitable growth while driving a culture of wellbeing, engagement and high performance to facilitate an excellent employee experience for all.

Pauline joins HCML with over 25 years of HR experience. Prior to HCML, she set up the HR department for River and Mercantile, a specialist investment management company. In the 8 years she was with the company, she implemented the Recruitment, Performance Management, HR, and Payroll system, and designed policies and procedures for global roll out. Prior to this, Pauline also spent 12 years at Morgan Stanley and three at Linklaters.
