Ben joined HCML in October 2015 after several years in operations and supply chain management in Financial Services and the public sector. He is responsible for strategic business planning and resource allocation across HCML, and the achievement of quality, service, revenue, growth and profit targets in our telephonic Personal Injury business. He oversees all commercial and contractual arrangements with our customers and suppliers, and the development of HCML’s treatment supply chain.
In his spare time, Ben enjoys riding his road bike (slowly) and is occasionally dragged along by friends on mountain bike outings where he tends to fall off. A lot.
