Lorna has a specialist interest in Vocational Rehabilitation with clients that have complex physical and psychological injuries, including ABI, amputee, spinal cord and burns.
She provides workplace assessment and return to work planning advice and guidance to employees and employers. She is also a Qualified Careers Advisor, able to provide careers counselling to those seeking suitable and sustainable employment should a return to pre-injury employment not be attainable. This includes knowledge concerning welfare and benefits advice, and the progression of appropriate appeals.
Lorna is incredibly qualified, and has a PGC in Welfare, Employment and Disability Legislation. She is also Level 4 IAG, Level 3 IAG, CIPD Qualified, and has qualifications in Skills Coaching and Vocational Counselling
Her personal interests revolve around travelling, historical sites, theatre and family pursuits.
