Nick’s many responsibilities at HCML include assisting with high quality Service Delivery, Operational Management, Customer and Client Relations and Liaison, People Line Management inc Performance Management/Appraisals and Development, Optimising Target Delivery through effective Time Management skills to ensure service delight for customers and adherence of Company Values.

Direct responsibilities include maximising Service Availability day to day across the service alongside being the Lead Recruitment Manager for Health Team.

He has a BSc (Hons) Sport Rehabilitation and enjoys socialising with family and friends.
Swimming is also an interest, having been part of the Swimming Committee whilst at Hull University
