Susan carries out assessments on catastrophic injuries. completes assessment reports of same and then case manages rehabilitation. Part of those responsibilities lie in establishing a firm therapeutic relationship with client & family from the outset and in managing different parties’ expectations.
She has a BScOT (First Class Hons) combined with Sociology (Politics of Healthcare), and also a MSc in Brain Injury Case Management.
She is passionate about her garden, her two grandsons and walking in the Highlands. She also has a great interest in the history of medicine, medieval history, Elgar’s music and Pink Floyd.
