Overview

HCML are a leading provider of rehabilitation services nationwide to the corporate, general and private medical insurance sectors. This role is responsible for continued growth of our Corporate Rehabilitation services through the securing of new business direct from large corporates.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. Achieve personal sales targets through attainment of new business in the corporate Occupational Health and Rehabilitation market
  2. Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using the appropriate methods to facilitate the development of a profitable business and sustainable relationships
  3. Create, maintain and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities from prospecting to sale
  4. Lead on customer facing activities (meetings, presentations, service roll out)
  5. Liaison with the operational team to ensure customer requirements are understood and delivered
  6. Support / lead corporate tender opportunities from bid writing to presentations
  7. Attend conferences and events to promote HCML services
  8. Maintain up to date customer account plans
  9. Travel as required to meet the demands of customers and the role

Education and Experience

  1. Demonstrable track record in B2B health services sales
  2. Knowledge and experience of the Occupational Health & Rehabilitation market
