Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Proven track record in rehabilitation services sales in the Personal Injury sector

General Purpose

HCML are a leading provider of nationwide rehabilitation services to the general insurance, corporate and private medical insurance sectors. This role is responsible for supporting the continued growth of our Personal Injury Rehabilitation services with a particularly focus on Fast Track rehabilitation, through the securing of new business opportunities.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. Achieve personal sales targets through attainment of new business for HCML Personal Injury services
  2. Create and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities; managing these through from the prospecting and targeting stages to the end sale
  3. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through continual engagement
  4. Support PI sector tender opportunities from bid writing to presentations
  5. Attend conferences and events to promote HCML PI services
  6. Provide accurate sales forecasts on weekly / monthly / quarterly basis
  7. Engage with internal Operations Managers to ensure customer needs are understood, creating a seamless transition from sale to BAU service delivery
  8. Maintain up to date customer account plans
  9. Travel and as required to meet the demands of customers and the role

Person Specification

Education and Experience

  1. Proven track record in rehabilitation services sales in the PI sector
  2. Demonstrable experience in managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  3. Extensive knowledge of the PI market and understanding of the impending reforms and likely impact
