Psychotherapy

Enabling employees to access support in a way that suits them.

Psychotherapy or ‘talking therapies’ can be of huge benefit to employees who are experiencing emotional and mental health conditions. These can include depression, stress, anxiety, low mood, trauma and other complex psychological concerns.

We offer a range of options to ensure that every business wishing to support their employee’s mental health and wellbeing, and every individual requiring support can access the help they need in a way that suits them: via the phone, online or face to face.

Treatment only

We have very experienced in-house mental health practitioners including counsellors, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) therapists and mental health nurses.

For complex mental health matters, we work with a network of accredited clinical psychotherapy providers of specialist therapies including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Case managed psychotherapy

Where the individual requires a case managed approach, we will conduct a screening assessment to identify symptoms, relevant history and the impact on the individual’s ability to do their job.

You’ll receive a summary report providing an overview of the condition(s), recommendations for intervention and a work-centred action plan.
