We support individuals with complex or life‑changing needs through clinically led case management and personalised rehabilitation. Our approach brings the right professionals together early, ensuring support is well-coordinated, clinically governed and aligned around clear goals. Every plan is shaped around the individual’s life, priorities and circumstances, with a focus on clarity, continuity and progress for everyone involved.

ILS Case Management Ltd (ILS) and CA Case Management Ltd (CACM) are now part of HCML, bringing established specialist expertise together within one trusted organisation. This strengthens how we work and how we support people – creating clearer pathways, shared standards and closer collaboration across our services.

By aligning our teams, clinical leadership and governance, we deliver more coordinated, nationwide support – from early intervention through to longer-term rehabilitation and ongoing care.

HCML delivers care services through ILS and CACM. With CQC registration, care is clinically led, robustly governed and shaped around each individual and their life.

For referrers, it means a single, dependable organistion with the depth and assurance to support complex catastrophic and clinical negligence cases, with long-term care where required. For individuals and families, it means joined-up support, the very best people providing that support, and rehabilitation and care that is managed around the person, not the pathway.
