Digitally driven, clinically managed

Triage and clinical assessment are managed by a dedicated HCML clinician via a phone or video call, or through our digital solution which is overseen by clinical experts.

Our treatment pathways include:

  • Self-management – supported by an HCML clinician
  • Virtual or in-person physiotherapy and psychotherapy both in-house and through our clinically governed network of providers
  • Diagnostic referrals, consultations and referrals for surgery

We integrate seamlessly with your systems to enable your claims team to automatically refer insured members to our digital pathway. Members can log onto the platform 24/7, where they will be guided through a comprehensive clinical assessment.

Dependent on individual recommendations, they can access self-help programmes and materials or book physiotherapy through our nationwide network of clinics.

We also offer a telephonic assessment route where an HCML clinician will assess and coordinate the relevant treatment.
An HCML clinician will monitor progress and managed the treatment plan.

Intelligent MI and account management

You’ll have access to detailed reporting and management information (MI) through bespoke dashboards for each of your insured clients.

This includes details on service utilisation, key member demographics, clinical outcome data and customer experience data.

A dedicated HCML clinical services account manager will actively monitor the services provided and ensure the agreed outcomes are being achieved.

We demonstrate added value by identifying trends and patterns in the data, and use these insights to further develop our service to meet the needs of your client base and continually improve outcomes.

Case management

Members will be supported by a dedicated HCML clinician, who provides support throughout the individual’s recovery. They’ll manage communications throughout the claim, reducing the time your claims team needs to allocate to each case.
