Clinic days & wellbeing services

We run bespoke clinic days and specific onsite and virtual services for our customers. These are specifically tailored to meet the needs of the customer and include:

Wellbeing programmes
Our Director of Wellbeing will work with you to develop a fully bespoke programme of wellbeing activity, including monthly campaigns to raise awareness and encourage health behaviours, as well as specific training, workshops and events.

One-to-ones
For employees who would benefit from independent advice and would like to speak to a healthcare expert privately, we offer a confidential check-in service with a HCML clinician. You inform your staff of the confidential wellbeing services being held on select days and your employees book in at a time convenient to the using our digital booking process. They can discuss their health and wellbeing concerns via phone or video with one of our clinicians, receiving advice, support and guidance during and after the session. We also run pre-booked day clinics for one-to-one sessions onsite at your place of work.

Workshops and webinars

Major incident response service
We provide support and practical advice to all staff where a major incident occurs in the workplace. Employees can speak directly to an HCML clinician either through a dedicated response line or attend drop-in sessions onsite at work.
