We’ve come a long way since our beginning in 2003. Fast forward 20 years and things look a little different for HCML.
HCML has experienced significant growth over the past 20 years and with new investment from Apposite Capital and the acquisition of healthcare rm, HCML continues onto the next stage of its development.
From minor to life-changing catastrophic injuries and workplace health and wellbeing, we now support over 26,000 people a year.
We’re continuing to drive awareness around the importance of rehabilitation, supported by James Cracknell OBE, HCML Rehabilitation Ambassador, who champions rehabilitation capabilities and advocates the importance of case management from clinical experts.
Our occupational healthcare services have been greatly expanded with the acquisition of healthcare rm, and we have big ambitions for the future.
We are now officially certified a Great Place to Work®, demonstrating our commitment to improving employee experience. This means getting to the heart of issues that are important to our colleagues such as launching our menopause policy and signing the Menopause Workplace Pledge, holding internal Wellbeing Workshops and reviewing the range of benefits we offer our team.
As an award-winning, innovative organisation, we’ve outgrown our old identity. Which is why we’ve evolved our brand identity to better reflect who we are today and where we’re going in the future.
HCML will now operate as Health & Care Management Limited. The new name reflects the evolution of our healthcare, rehabilitation, treatment and corporate wellbeing services.
But we’ll still be known as HCML.
We’re changing for the better and our new identity reflects how we mean to go on.
