Gender and Ethnic Pay Gap Statement – 2025
We are committed to transparency, fairness, and continuous improvement in our workplace. Our 2025 Gender and Ethnic Pay Gap Report highlights both progress and areas for further action.
- The mean gender pay gap widened to 16.66%, while the median gap improved to -7.32%, indicating that typical female employees earn more than their male counterparts.
- The ethnic pay gap shows that ethnic minority employees earn 19.56% less on average than white colleagues, with a median gap of 31.01% in favour of white employees.
We are actively addressing these disparities through:
- Regular reviews of recruitment, promotion, and pay practices.
- Targeted development and mentoring for underrepresented groups.
- Standardised salary bands and bias-free hiring processes.
- Mandatory unconscious bias training and diverse hiring panels.
- Further enhanced reporting in respect to disclosure of ethnicity
We will continue to publish pay gap data and engage with our employees to foster a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
