Mental Health Awareness Week 2024 – Management Referrals Promotion T&Cs

This initiative is organised by HCML.

All existing and prospective customers of HCML are eligible to participate. Participation is voluntary.

For every Mental Health Management Referral received by HCML during the month of May, HCML will donate 5% of that referral revenue to Mind. The donation will be made directly to Mind from HCML.

The reason for the referral must be predominantly mental health based in order to qualify for this promotion. The referral is made by an employer who is an existing HCML customer or prospective HCML customer. All referrals will be treated in line with HCML’s Standard Terms.

All referrals and related information will be treated confidentiality in line with HCML’s Privacy Policy.

This initiative will run throughout the month of May 2024. Donations will be calculated based on referrals received during this period: 1st May 2024 – 31st May 2024.

HCML will maintain accurate records of referrals and donations.
