HCML, the leading corporate health and wellbeing and specialist rehabilitation and case management provider, has been named among the top 100 large companies in the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ 2025 List.
The UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ rankings include organisations who have succeeded in helping their employees to experience high levels of wellbeing in their workplace.
To compile the prestigious list, Great Place To Work culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys, assessing their holistic experiences of wellbeing at work through fundamental facets of employee wellbeing, including: work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
The review found that HCML employees felt they were encouraged to balance their work life and their personal life, further highlighting the business focus on employee wellbeing. The survey found that employees fel that HCML was dedicated, with a high focus on customer needs and satisfaction by setting high standards for quality, quantity and productivity and achieve this by working in a systematic, methodical and orderly way to achieve business goals.
One employee commented: “As a whole i feel we have a great community, everyone looks after each other and people do care about their colleagues. I feel this is a hard thing to come across in a growing company”
HCML’s inclusion on the exclusive list officially acknowledges its commitment to creating a consistently and overwhelmingly positive employee experience, to foster cultures that are proven to drive business and improve lives.
Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work UK says: “A thriving workplace culture is rooted in trust, pride, camaraderie, and a genuine commitment to employee wellbeing. When employees feel truly valued and supported, they’re not only healthier – they’re also more energised, motivated and aligned with their organisation’s goals. Congratulations to HCML on earning a well-deserved place on this prestigious list!”
James Murray, CEO, said: “We are thrilled to have been recognised by Great Place To Work®. As a leading provider of workplace health and wellbeing programmes, it is only right that HCML is recognised for doing the same for our own employees. At HCML we believe that employee wellbeing should be at the core of every organisation’s corporate agenda and those that foster this ethos reap the rewards of taking great care of their employees, benefiting from reduced employee absence and a greater sense of productivity, loyalty and support.
