Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) Training & network support

Our MHFA programme combines accredited MHFA England training with ongoing support helping organisations build a confident, capable and sustainable internal mental health network.

Training is delivered by qualified instructors, ensuring a high-quality, evidence-based learning experience. Beyond training, we provide the structure, guidance and support needed to embed MHFA effectively across your organisation.

We also deliver wrap-around support to help your MHFA network succeed including onboarding guidance, providing clear role boundaries and facilitate peer support enabling your MHFAs to feel confident, connected and effective in their role.

Prevent & Predict

30 minutes | Up to 14 people/day

A clinically-led, insight-driven assessment that goes beyond screening to help employees understand both their current health and future risk. By combining physical, metabolic, and lifestyle data, this assessment supports early intervention and meaningful behaviour change.

Thrive 360: Complete Health & Performance Review

Our most comprehensive Health & Lifestyle Review, delivering a fully integrated, 360° view of physical, metabolic, mental, and functional health. Designed to support long-term wellbeing and performance, this assessment combines deep insight with personalised planning.

Includes:

  • Everything in Prevent & Predict and Move Well, Feel Well
  • Vision and audiometric (hearing) screening
  • Spirometry (lung function and lung age)

1-1 Wellbeing Consultations
