TrackActive Me is designed to identify the right treatment route early in the process. If self-management is not appropriate, the assessment will quickly identify this and direct the user to the right support without delay.

When in-person treatment is needed, our digital MSK service connects employees to our broad, established network of therapists and clinics throughout the UK.
With over 6,000 therapists and 1,200 clinics, employees have excellent choice and convenient access to treatment, with an average travel distance of just 2.9 miles to a clinic.
Clinically credible and designed for safe use
TrackActive Me is a UKCA and CE marked class I medical device, with digital assessments and exercise programmes developed by experienced physiotherapists and occupational therapists. In addition to self-management tools and access to our therapy network, the platform also identifies when a condition may require a different or more urgent intervention. Employers can be confident that our digital assessment ensures the safety of users with clinical oversight.
How it works
Employees are emailed a link to access the platform and start their digital assessment at a time that suits them.
The assessment takes around six minutes and guides the employee through a series of questions to triage and assess their symptoms and needs, and provisionally diagnoses MSK conditions.
Employees are recommended personalised rehabilitation programmes to self-manage MSK conditions or access to our MSK therapy network to book treatment. If alternative or urgent support is required, employees will be referred accordingly.
Assessment information is reviewed by a case manager, who considers all factors that may have an impact on the employee’s condition. They look at whether the support is proportional and what is most likely to achieve long-lasting improvements. From there, they recommend the right next steps and coordinate support where needed.
Depending on need, employees may be supported through: evidence-based exercise rehabilitation programmes, strength and mobility programmes, education and prevention content, symptom and activity tracking, referral to physiotherapist or other MSK specialist, or wider case management support.
Employees can track their progress through TrackActive Me, helping them manage their symptoms and support their ongoing physical health. Employers can access anonymised reporting through the TrackActive dashboard to understand overall usage and trends amongst their workforce, enabling them to demonstrate effectiveness over time.
