HCML wins CMSUK Case Management (Large) Company of the Year

HCML have been awarded Case Management (Large) Company of the Year at this year’s CMSUK Awards.

The awards celebrate case managers and case management companies, highlighting excellent practice and approaches across the case management industry. This year’s theme, ‘Overcoming challenges in an ever-evolving world’ was a chance for the case management industry to demonstrate the commitment, innovation and expertise amongst case managers and professionals. In the points noted by the judges, HCML were praised for continually improving rehabilitation client outcomes and experiences, and for their ongoing internal training through monthly Case Clinics and audits to drive quality and development. They also noted that this strong culture of internal training and support not only leads to better client outcomes, but also enables HCML to share its expertise and insight with customers. The ceremony included an inspiring talk from guest speaker, Nathalie McGloin. After a road traffic accident left Nathalie with a spinal cord injury, her belief and determination enabled her to become the world’s only female tetraplegic racing car driver. The event showcased some of the truly outstanding work that case managers do to support their rehabilitation clients in achieving their goals. Congratulations to all the winners!
